Our tallow is from the British isles. It is exclusively sourced from assured UK farms. The cows are fed on grass during the warmer months, and silage, hay and cereals indoors in the colder months.

The tallow is derived from beef kidney suet, the best raw material there is for tallow.

While most soap producers have abandoned tallow because of costs and for 'trendy' vegan alternatives, some have not. Unfortunately, even these are often using 'Deodorised' tallow- this process destroys most of the vitamins in tallow. Our tallow hasn't been through this process- just awesome, rendered animal fat.

Our tallow is rich in skin-loving nutrients, closely matching our skin's natural oils. Packed with vitamins A, D, E and K, it helps lock in moisture, support skin repair, and maintain a healthy barrier. Its fatty acid profile makes it deeply nourishing yet gentle, leaving skin strong, supple and resilient.

Our soaps are LOADED with essential oils.

No synthetic products of any kind. While some soaps may be be more colourful than ours, this is because they contain artificial colours.

Our soaps are loaded with rendered animal fat, clays, salts, charcoals, olive oils. Everything is natural. Your skin absorbs what you put on it, with our soap, this is a hand made, 100% natural, heritage product

Our soap is made the traditional way- slowly rendered from pure British beef fat. This time-honoured process transforms a simple ingredient into a rich, skin-nourishing base that has been trusted in soap-making for centuries within Wales.

Once our soap is made and cut, it is checked for quality. Only when we are sure a bar is at the highest of standards is it branded with THE BULL.
