Coal & Tallow was founded in 2025- born in North Wales, in the shadow of the Snowdonia mountains- We make the finest HERITAGE Welsh soap, built on beef tallow, then loaded with essentials oils. Our soap is made with Welsh tradition in mind, not cheap vegan alternatives that you see everywhere today.

Guided by heritage and tradition, we make soap the old way- Cold processed with tallow, by hand and 100% Natural. Our tallow- BRITISH. We fully avoid modern, artificial ingredients, making amazing smelling bars with ingredients you can trust.

We don't chase trends. We use ingredients with history- animal fat once prized for its nourishing strength, charcoal for its deep cleansing, and earth-sourced scents that work with the skin. Every bar is crafted with care, no fluff, no filler- each one is hand made, and hand stamped with our bull once we're certain it meets our quality standard.
